In the Fifth Station of the Eucharist, we reflect on the manna from heaven in Exodus 16.
God fed His people daily in the desert—
providing the bread they needed to survive the journey.
But this was only a foreshadowing.
Jesus is the true Bread from Heaven.
And in the Eucharist, He gives Himself to us—daily.
“Give us this day our daily bread.”
The Mass is not just a Sunday obligation…
it is a daily invitation.
